Any photo’s, or information recorded will be secured either on our desktop that our practitioner only has access to, or uploaded on your file stored on our third party Cliniko system that maintains privacy and secure storage of your information via encryption.
Details of the products and services you have enquired about or purchased from us, together with any additional information needed to respond to your enquiries and deliver those products and services

Cliniko – this service is used for booking Naturopathic Consultations. We store your name, email, phone and presenting health concerns for the purpose of booking appointments and sending reminders. Additionally, we use Cliniko for storing your health information in form of notes taken during your online consultation.

Stripe – this service is utilised for the purpose of processing payment for Tree Top Naturopathy services, such as Naturopathic consultations.

At this time your personal information is not shared with any other third party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the website’s sole discretion.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute or reveal your email address or other personal information without your consent. However we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganisation proceeding brought by or against us.

HOW DO I STORE AND PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is stored safely and securely.

Chantal Fabian Naturopath and owner of Tree Top Naturopathy maintain her files on her personal computer which is password protected and only used by herself.

Third party services such as Cloud storage, Mailchimp, Stripe and Cliniko are subject to encryption and protection details which can be found on their websites.

If you are communicating with us via electronic means such as email and social media platforms, you agree that by participating in such forms of communication you understand and accept that there is an inherent risk of disclosure or loss of your personal information for which Tree Top Naturopathy cannot be held liable.

We will destroy personal information we no longer require except where we have a legal obligation to retain such information. We will never permanently store your complete credit card details.

Telehealth Consultations

We will ensure privacy of your personal health information shared with our Naturopath during your online consult. We will take measures such as conducting your online consult in our private and quiet room and under the Australian privacy policy Act 1988, we are not prohibited to use video or audio with any recording device without the permission from both parties. Additionally, we maintain an expectation that you as the client or any other party, will not record audio or video of any consultation session you have with our Naturopath, unless permission has been provided by that practitioner.
